Kadence is our new desk booking platform which we'll be using to book Desks in the Nesta Office. This guide will show you how to book a desk on your Mobile Device.
Book a Desk Using Your Phone:
Note that you must check in when you arrive at your desk. If you have not checked in 45 minutes after your desired time, the booking will be canceled and made available to be booked
1. On your Mobile Phones app store type in 'Kadence' and download the application:
2. Open the Application, click sign in and then sign in with Okta, type in your work email and it will then prompt you to log into Okta:
3. You should now reach the home page of the app. Click Book a Space:
4. Fill in the following:
Building = Nesta
Floor = Choose the floor you want to be on
Select Date
Uncheck All day and select a start time and end time
Click Find a Space:
5. Choose a Desk space either from the list or the floor plan:
Green = Available
Blue = Booked
Grey = Unavailable
6. Once you have chosen your desk, confirm the booking:
7. Your booking should now appear in your Homepage and in the bookings tab:
8. Once you are in the office at the desired time you have chosen, click on your booking and click Check In

9. Suggestion: Enable notifications on your mobile phone so that you make sure that you check in to your desk because if you do not check-in after 45 minutes your desk will become available
