When you invite users to your team, they immediately get access to all team-shared projects and boards. Invite collaborators right from your dashboard with the Invite members button in the upper right corner.



In the pop-up window, you will be able to choose from two options:

  • add email addresses and send invitations
  • copy the invite link and share it with your teammates


You will see the same pop-up window if you invite new members to your team from the settings. Open Users tab and click Invite new members.



Your invitees will get a notification about the invite (registered users will get the invite if this is allowed in their notification settings).


If an invitee is registered, they will immediately find your team on the left sidebar of their dashboard. If an invitee is not yet registered, first the link from the letter will guide them through the registration procedure and then to your team dashboard.
