This article covers how to login to the Freshservice portal.


1) Login to your Okta account.


2) When landing on the Okta dashboard, navigate to and click on the Tech Support tile.


3) You can now report an incident, request a new service, and browse solutions. To view existing tickets, you will need to sign in. To do this, navigate to and click on Sign In located in the upper right corner of the Freshservice page.
